- We publish the retail and private party values from the following evaluation companies: In-Audit, KBB, TrueCar, Edmunds, CARFAX and NADA.
- We average the retail values to arrive at an average retail value and we average the private party values to arrive at an average private party value.
- We typically list the vehicle for sale online just under the average private party value.
- The program price is typically set between the average retail value and average private party value. If you purchase a vehicle and participate in the advising program this would be your purchase price less any applicable discounts.
- TO GET THE BEST PRICE POSSIBLE... ask an advisor to go over all applicable discounts before assuming the sales price of a vehicle. In many cases, we are able to reduce the price further below private party values.
WHAT ABOUT FEES?
We do not charge dealer fees. We do have a state "dealers" license but we do not charge the typical dealer fees that other dealerships charge. A "dealer-fee" can range from $300 to $1,000. Dealer fees can have different labels, such as pre-delivery service fee or manufacturer delivery fee.

- With us, you pay taxes, tag, title and DMV related fees. The taxes are approximately 7%. A new tag costs approximately $400 (+/-) and a temp-tag costs $45. If you are transferring a tag, in most cases, your DMV related costs should not be more than $200.
- Taxes, tag, title and DMV related costs are separately itemized on a bill of sale and added to the final discounted purchase price. When you purchase through our program, you can figure out what the out-the-door price is with ease, by adding the price of the vehicle using the average private party price, the taxes (7%) and either $200 or $400 for the DMV fees.

PEACE OF MIND
Here's what we can do to give you more peace-of-mind when buying a used vehicle from us.
Here's what we can do to give you more peace-of-mind when buying a used vehicle from us.
- Our vehicles are inspected giving you peace-of-mind that you're purchasing a vehicle that is operating the way it should. This doesn't mean that mechanical issues won't develop. A used vehicle has thousands of parts and they all have life-span. What you experience when something on your vehicle is at the end of it's life can be frustrating, if you are not prepared. We contract with several 3rd party mechanics who will (i) diagnose your vehicle's issues for free, (ii) source the parts which you purchase for significantly less, (iii) complete the repair or replacement of the parts for significantly less.
- We review the history of each vehicle before we acquire it for our program. We use various online applications to research the history of vehicles before we acquire them. We publish that information on our website so you can buy with confidence.
- We don't have sales people, we have advisors. This is great for you because you don't have to worry about dealing with someone trying to earn a commission. Our advisors get paid the same whether you purchase a vehicle or not - Nobody likes to be sold. You should buy with confidence the vehicle that is right for you!
- Some vehicles may have recalls. We use safercar.gov to determine if a vehicle is subject to an open recall.
PENDING INVENTORY
As you review our inventory you may notice listings without images. If the listing does not have images of that vehicle that means the vehicle is part of our "pending" inventory. Vehicles in our pending inventory will not be listed for sale until they are fully processed which means you would see the images on the page. You can ask an advisor about pending inventory so that you can secure the first right to purchase a vehicle before it has been processed and put up for sale. If you don't see a vehicle that matches your preferences or budget from the inventory listed, we may have a vehicle you would like in pending inventory.

Disclaimer: The values provided by evaluation companies and listed on our website are determined at the time the vehicle was processed into inventory. Over time, the value of a vehicle may change due to factors considered by the evaluation company. The age, mileage, trim and condition of a vehicle are just a few of the factors used to determine value. We highly encourage all buyers to look up the current value of a vehicle before completing the purchase. Ask an Advisor for assistance in completing this critical step during the inspection phase of the process.
