How the Program Works
We offer a counseling system that can help you with everything from finding a job, to fixing bad credit and everything in-between. All so that you can qualify for a mortgage and become a home owner.
We start by looking at your budget so that we can create a customized plan to help you pay off your debt, save money and fix your credit.
Most families are already living paycheck-to-paycheck, so where do we find the extra money to address your debt?
The answer is, we create it!
Most families have an income or job already. If you really want to get out of debt and acheive your goals of being a home owner, you are going to have to work a little harder. The goal is to add approximately 25 hours of income generating activities to your schedule so that you produce an extra $300 a week. Then, we provide you with a 24 month plan using that new-found income to pay off your debt, including a vehicle, fix your credit and save the money needed to buy a home.
We have identified over a dozen different income generating projects that you could do part-time.

Buying Comparison
Here's what we see in a typical transaction. Let's take a vehicle worth $10,000. Because the buyer has bad credit, they jack up the price to $14,000. Then, they add dealer and junk fees. Now, the price is up to $16,000. Then they find a lender who ofcourse has to add lender fees and interest. Bad credit often translates into interest rates as high as 29%. The buyer is lured into this type of transaction on the premise that they have an affordable monthly payment of say... $500 a month. The problem in this case, isn't the "short-term", it's the long-term. Just do the math. The average buyer in this type of transaction will spend more than $30,000 over a 5 or 6 year term.
